The physical healing was for the man with the withered hand, but the spiritual healing was for everybody around the man. Spiritual greatness can only be obtained in the spirit realm by spiritually stretching out, stretching beyond your self, stretching beyond what is normal, stretching beyond the earthly to obtain the spiritual.
